Fifteen brief stories, most of them written in poetic prose, full of tenderness and melancholy with a special sensitivity towards women, either as main character or as the narrator of the story or simply because their central theme is their absence. Pain, incommunication, flight, search, fury, the passage of time, death and helplessness are the topics in its pages. A book in which the most abundant semantic field is that belonging to the words love, lack of love and lack of parents.
